From submission to profile
The six review stages
Submission received
The application receives a reference number and enters a completeness review.
Eligibility and completeness
Required business details, permissions, disclosures, and reference qualifications are checked.
Evidence review
A reviewer assesses identity, business claims, specialties, capabilities, compliance information, and the service-recovery account.
Five reference checks
Exactly three customer and two supplier references are contacted through a consistent, private process.
Human decision
A named reviewer records an evidence-linked decision and an uninvolved reviewer handles close or conflicted cases.
Enhanced-profile readiness
An approved applicant reviews and authorizes the exact Enhanced Vetted Partner Profile. Only after it is market-ready may paid membership activate the public badge and priority.
No unsupported speed promise
Recorded outcomes
What each decision means
Approved
Eligibility, evidence, all five verified references, service recovery, supported claims, and conflict controls meet the current standard.
More information requested
A specific, correctable evidence gap or qualified same-type replacement reference is needed before review can continue.
Declined
A documented eligibility, evidence, integrity, safety, conflict, or material-reliability concern prevents approval.
Withdrawn
The applicant clearly asks to stop, or an approved nonresponse procedure is completed without disguising an adverse decision.
No public numerical score is required. Context and credible evidence matter more than a single arithmetic cutoff, and a serious integrity concern cannot be averaged away.
Same standard
What cannot influence approval or ranking
- Payment choice, membership plan, founding designation, featured visibility, company size, or network affiliation cannot substitute for evidence or guarantee approval.
- A ConceptPlus-, Promostuff-, owner-, sponsor-, or reviewer-connected application is assigned to an uninvolved reviewer.
- Protected traits, retaliation, irrelevant opinion, unsupported suspicion, or competitive pressure are not legitimate decision grounds.
- The operator-affiliated distributor receives no lower evidence standard, advance buyer information, private competitor files, ranking advantage, or enforcement immunity.
- Material exceptions, conflicts, evidence, status changes, and decision reasons are recorded for quality review.
A way to respond
Corrections, withdrawal, and appeals
An applicant may correct inaccurate information, provide specifically requested evidence, replace an unqualified reference with a qualified reference of the same type, or withdraw the application through the stated process.
When an appeal is available, it must address the stated factual reason or provide material new information. An uninvolved reviewer evaluates whether the original standard was followed and whether the new information changes the result. An appeal does not guarantee approval.
Reference withdrawal before a decision
Separate controls
Approval, listing status, and billing remain separate
- A promotional-products distributor may already have a claimed or unclaimed Free Basic Listing, which is expressly not vetted and remains separate from the elected Vetted Partner review track.
- Approval permits vetted-profile preparation; it never publishes the private application file.
- The distributor reviews and authorizes the exact vetted-profile content and affiliation disclosure, when applicable.
- The profile must pass market-readiness, accessibility, mobile, contact, and claims checks.
- Independent approval remains internal until the profile is market-ready and paid membership is active; only then does the public Vetted Partner badge and priority activate.
- During any brief post-approval, pre-activation edge period, the public entry remains an expressly unvetted Free Basic Listing with no badge, priority, enhanced modules, or approval benefit. Featured visibility is available only to a current Vetted Partner and is labeled “Paid Advertisement.”
If an approved applicant does not finish enhanced-profile preparation within the stated invitation period, the invitation may expire without a charge. The Free Basic Listing can remain discoverable as a Free Basic Listing under Additional distributors.
Continuing integrity
Approval is reviewed over time
A vetted profile is not set-and-forget. Material business or profile changes, revalidation, buyer complaints, reference concerns, security issues, or misleading claims may require correction, a paused badge, suspension, removal, or an independent appeal review.
Good-faith complaints and participation in a review must not trigger retaliation. Urgent fraud, safety, privacy, or payment matters are routed to the appropriate operational and professional channels.
