Finding and working with an expert

What is iMerch Finder?+

An early-access open directory and referral service being built to help organizations find promotional-products distributors. Vetted Partners are prioritized; additional Free Basic Listings remain discoverable with a clear “Not vetted by iMerch Finder” label.

What is a promotional-products distributor?+

A professional who helps plan and execute branded merchandise programs. Beyond products, that can include creative ideas, sourcing, artwork, decoration, quality control, packaging, stores, inventory, kitting, and fulfillment.

Is the service free for buyers?+

Yes. Browsing the current demonstration is free, and buyer introductions will be free when matching opens. If you choose to work with a distributor, you contract and pay that independent business directly.

Does iMerch Finder sell the products?+

No. When matching opens, iMerch Finder will make approved introductions. The selected distributor prepares the proposal, supplies the products and services, and holds the client contract.

How are matches chosen?+

Results first use relevant fit signals such as geography, specialties, capabilities, project range, availability, and the buyer’s brief. Relevant Featured Vetted Partners appear first with the exact “Paid Advertisement” label, followed by relevant Vetted Partners, then relevant Free Basic Listings under Additional distributors. Relevance and a stable tie-breaker order results within each group. No Free Basic Listing can outrank a Vetted Partner. Current matches are fictional demonstrations.

What do “claimed” and “vetted” mean?+

Claimed means a business controls its listing. A Free Basic Listing may be claimed or unclaimed, is expressly not vetted by iMerch Finder, receives basic self-service support, and has no Vetted Partner badge or priority. Vetted Partner means the distributor elected the separate review track, passed independent vetting, has a market-ready profile, and maintains active paid membership. Payment cannot buy or guarantee approval.

Who receives my contact information?+

When matching opens, only the exact available Vetted Partner—or up to three available Vetted Partners—you affirmatively approve will receive an identifiable brief. Free Basic Listings remain browseable under Additional distributors but cannot receive a controlled introduction. The current match form submits, stores, and shares nothing.

What if something goes wrong?+

The contract remains between buyer and distributor. When the operational service opens, credible concerns can be reported so eligibility, conduct, and profile accuracy can be reviewed. Vetting is not a project guarantee.

For distributors

Applying and participating

Who can have a free basic listing?+

U.S. and Canadian promotional-products distributors may be included in the open directory at no charge after administrative listing checks for required fields, duplicates, impersonation, abuse, and unsafe links. Those checks are not vetting. A Free Basic Listing can be unclaimed or claimed and is expressly not vetted by iMerch Finder. Every listing must remain accurate and comply with the directory rules.

Who can apply to become vetted?+

Free Basic onboarding uses only administrative listing checks for required fields, duplicates, impersonation, abuse, and unsafe links—not identity, capability, quality, or Vetted Partner review. Distributors that separately elect the Vetted Partner track must manage the client relationship, source responsibly, communicate professionally, document their claims, and pass the published independent review.

What does membership cost?+

Options appear in this order: Free Basic Listing at $0 and expressly not vetted; Vetted Partner Monthly at $99 USD billed monthly until canceled; eligible Founding Vetted Partner at $799 USD prepaid for the first 12 months; and Vetted Partner Annual at $999 USD prepaid for a one-time 12-month term. The separately elected Vetted Partner application and independent review have no separate fee. Paid membership is offered only after a distributor passes review and its enhanced profile is market-ready. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Founding and annual plans do not renew or convert automatically.

Is there a fee to apply?+

No. Free Basic onboarding and claiming are free and are not vetting. A distributor may separately elect the Vetted Partner review track at no fee, then activate paid membership on the website only after passing review and completing a market-ready enhanced profile; secure checkout is not active yet.

Does payment guarantee leads or top placement?+

No. Independent approval cannot be purchased or guaranteed. An approved distributor must also have a market-ready profile and active membership to become a Vetted Partner. Separately paid featured visibility is available only to a current Vetted Partner, creates a Featured Vetted Partner placement, and is always labeled “Paid Advertisement.”

What information is public?+

Free Basic Listings show basic directory facts, public contact information, claim status, and a claim-or-correction path. Enhanced Vetted Partner Profiles may also show verified capabilities and service details, permissioned and moderated testimonials, work photos, a project gallery, and selected work or case studies. Featured Vetted Partners also show “Paid Advertisement.” Private D&B records, references, reviewer notes, complaint files, buyer briefs, and payment records stay restricted.

Is Promostuff 4 You allowed to join?+

Yes. ConceptPlus.com Inc. operates iMerch Finder, and Promostuff 4 You is affiliated with the operator. Any affiliated profile is clearly labeled, independently reviewed by someone with no role in its sales outcome, and subject to the same evidence, eligibility, matching, complaint, and enforcement standards. It receives no ranking advantage.

What does “vetted” mean?+

A documented human review of business identity, contact and domain control, capabilities and claims, exactly five references—three customers and two suppliers—a candid service-recovery account, conduct commitments, and conflict disclosures. Approval and the dated badge remain subject to continuing review; vetting does not guarantee a project outcome.

When does a paid membership begin?+

Only after a distributor elects the Vetted Partner track, passes independent review, and completes a market-ready enhanced profile may it activate paid Vetted Partner membership on the website. Approval alone remains internal; during any brief pre-activation edge period, the public entry remains an expressly unvetted Free Basic Listing with no approval benefit.

How do cancellation and refunds work?+

Monthly membership continues until canceled; cancellation stops future monthly charges. Prepaid annual and Founding Partner terms end after 12 months unless the member separately accepts a new term. The complete refund and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout opens.

How will card information be protected?+

The planned Authorize.Net checkout will use a secure provider-hosted payment page or fields, so iMerch Finder does not intend to receive or store the full card number or security code. Checkout is not active yet and will be tested before enrollment opens.
