Start a complaint or appeal
No account is required. Use this short form to prepare a complaint or appeal email. It does not upload, save, or send your report. You can also email hello@imerchfinder.com directly.
Include approximate dates and relevant facts. Do not include passwords, card numbers, government IDs, or unnecessary personal information. Do not attach sensitive files; we will arrange an appropriate evidence-sharing method if needed.
Urgent danger needs urgent help
Both sides get a fair human review
- Anyone affected may report a concern without a paid membership or account. A case reference is assigned when our team receives and records the report; submitting an allegation does not create a strike.
- We aim to acknowledge receipt within three business days. This is a service target, not a guaranteed resolution time. If you receive no acknowledgement, follow up at hello@imerchfinder.com with your original sent message.
- A reviewer checks the facts, identifies the responsible business and incident, and requests relevant evidence. We normally give the distributor ten business days from notice to respond, with reasonable extensions when needed. Silence alone does not prove the allegation.
- Both sides can explain their position, correct factual errors, and provide evidence. We disclose enough of the relevant allegations and evidence for a meaningful response while protecting unnecessary personal or confidential information. We cannot promise absolute anonymity where fairness or law requires disclosure.
- A human reviewer records a reasoned finding based on whether the available reliable evidence shows a material policy breach or misconduct is more likely than not. Unresolved uncertainty is not automatically counted against the distributor.
- We send the finding, proposed action, and appeal instructions to the parties who can be contacted. We explain material delays and aim to provide an update at least every ten business days while a review is active. Reporting or participating in good faith must not lead to retaliation.
Three final incidents end participation
A qualifying incident is substantiated misconduct or a material breach of published marketplace rules: for example, supported evidence of deception, misuse of buyer information, retaliation, or a material order-handling failure. An unfavorable opinion, an ordinary disagreement over an agreed quote, or dissatisfaction without supporting evidence is not by itself a qualifying incident.
Duplicate reports about the same underlying order or event count once. Separate substantiated events may count separately. A corrected issue, refund, or settlement is considered in the review but does not automatically erase a substantiated incident. A withdrawal does not establish wrongdoing or erase independent evidence.
Removal on the third final, substantiated incident
The rule applies equally to Free Basic Listings, Vetted Partners, Featured Vetted Partners, and operator-affiliated distributors. Complaints do not receive different treatment because of fees, reputation, or ownership. Findings attach to the responsible business; an independent affiliate’s misconduct is not automatically attributed to unrelated affiliates.
Serious fraud, safety, security, retaliation, or other material risks can justify earlier temporary restrictions or removal under the applicable rules. A protective pause may remain while evidence or an appeal is reviewed; it is not described as a final finding before that decision is made. Permanent adverse decisions remain eligible for appeal, subject to legal restrictions.
This counting process applies to incidents assessed under this policy with notice and an opportunity to respond and appeal. Historical reports are not silently converted into strikes. Relevant older evidence may still be considered for current safety and eligibility decisions.
A finding can be challenged
A distributor or complainant may request an appeal within 15 calendar days of the written finding. Include the case reference, the disputed finding, and any factual error, relevant new evidence, procedural concern, or conflict. Request a reasonable extension if access, illness, or another practical obstacle prevents a timely response.
A timely appeal prevents the disputed incident from becoming a final strike until the appeal is decided. An appeal reviewer must not have made the original decision and must have no personal or financial conflict in the outcome. If a suitable reviewer is unavailable, we explain the delay rather than claim an independent review has occurred; justified interim protections may remain.
The reviewer can uphold, change, overturn, or return a decision for further review, with written reasons. One ordinary internal appeal is available per finding. Material new evidence or a significant process error can justify reopening a closed case. Corrected decisions and incident totals are recorded.
These internal time periods do not shorten legal claim deadlines, prevent reports of later-discovered misconduct, require arbitration, or restrict contacting courts, regulators, payment providers, or law enforcement.
Marketplace accountability is not an order guarantee
The independent distributor is responsible for its purchase-order terms, quotes, product suitability and compliance, artwork approvals, production, delivery, warranties, returns, and refunds. Put specifications, deadlines, approvals, and remedies in writing with that distributor. Contact it directly about the order when safe and appropriate; doing so is not a prerequisite to reporting serious misconduct here.
We may seek clarification, encourage a response, correct or restrict a profile, pause a badge or introductions, or suspend or remove participation. We do not adjudicate legal damages, act as an arbitrator, hold order funds, insure purchases, or guarantee a refund, replacement, delivery, settlement, or other outcome.
A Vetted Partner badge reflects a defined review at a point in time, not a guarantee of every transaction. Nothing here excuses iMerch Finder’s own conduct, changes its separately applicable membership refund obligations, removes an affiliated seller’s responsibilities, or limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Do not miss a chargeback, contractual, or legal deadline while waiting for this review.
Keep reports private and proportionate
Report information is used to assess the concern, communicate with the parties, maintain a restricted decision record, enforce rules, and meet applicable obligations. It is not a public review or testimonial. We limit access and disclosures to what is needed for a fair process, service providers, security, or legal obligations; complaint records are not sold as lists or provided as a membership benefit.
We keep records only as reasonably needed for active reviews, appeals, continuing eligibility, abuse prevention, disputes, and applicable legal obligations, with access controls. A deletion request may be limited by those needs. We do not publish raw allegations, reference identities, or confidential evidence as a public complaint feed.
