Business continuity can remain under ConceptPlus while marketplace decisions are separated from Promostuff 4 You’s sales activity. The affiliated distributor receives no advance buyer information, private competitor data, lower evidence standard, organic ranking advantage, or protection from complaints or enforcement.
Same organic matching rules
Relevance comes first within each public tier. Affiliation, ownership, payment, and founding status are excluded from organic relevance scoring and deterministic tie-breakers.
Every exception must be auditable
Before live matching opens, scores, routes, lead load, and manual overrides must be logged. Every override requires a written reason and review.

Independent review and recusal
An affiliated file cannot be reviewed by someone wearing both hats.
An applicant, re-verification, complaint, suspension, or appeal involving Promostuff 4 You must be handled by a reviewer with no role in that distributor’s sales or account outcome. The same published evidence and decision standards apply, and the reason for any exception or override must be recorded.
