Phase 1 operating proposal

Affiliation should be visible. Favoritism should be impossible to hide.

The current recommendation is for ConceptPlus.com Inc. to own and operate the platform. ConceptPlus also does business as Promo Stuff 4 You, which may participate as a distributor. That relationship must be disclosed and governed—not buried.

The operating boundary

Keep business continuity without asking members to trust a black box.

No entity, revenue, intellectual-property, or contract changes are being made during Phase 1. Final ownership, operating terms, and disclosures require professional legal and tax review before launch.

Same vetting standard

Promo Stuff 4 You must qualify, document its claims, renew its review, and remain subject to complaints and suspension just like every other member.

Same matching rules

Affiliation, ownership, payment, and founding status are excluded from eligibility and scoring. Close-fit candidates rotate under the same lead caps.

Every exception is visible internally

Scores, routes, lead load, and any manual override are logged. An override requires a written reason and review.

Public affiliation label

The operator and the affiliated distributor relationship appear on the ownership page and on the affiliated profile before a buyer requests contact.

What buyers see

A clear label before sharing details.

Affiliated distributor

This distributor is affiliated with the company that operates this marketplace. It receives no ranking preference and is subject to the same published rules.

What operators measure

A separate affiliate-fairness report.

  • Share of eligible requests
  • Share of routed introductions
  • Average fit band and recent lead load
  • Manual overrides and written reasons
  • Response, complaint, and suspension treatment

Public accountability

Trust is a product feature, not a footnote.
