The website at imerchfinder.com and its current early-access content are operated by ConceptPlus.com Inc. References to “iMerch Finder,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator in relation to the website and app.

Use of the service is subject to these Terms of Use. The Privacy Notice explains our information practices; viewing it is not blanket consent to unrelated sharing or marketing. Required acceptance will be presented before a live application, account, introduction, or payment that needs it. These terms do not enroll anyone as a member or authorize a payment.

The website explains and demonstrates an open directory being built to help buyers discover promotional-products distributors in the United States and Canada. Vetted results are prioritized while additional Free Basic Listings remain discoverable with a clear status. The distributor application is operational. Sample profiles, sample matches, availability, scores, metrics, companies, people, and project details are fictional unless expressly identified otherwise.

Public availability does not mean memberships, payments, buyer matching, or introductions are operational. When any of those features opens, the applicable instructions, privacy disclosures, consents, and commercial terms will be shown before use.

• A promotional-products distributor may receive a claimed or unclaimed Free Basic Listing shown under Additional distributors after administrative checks for required fields, duplicates, impersonation, abuse, and unsafe links. Those checks are not vetting.
• A Free Basic Listing is expressly not vetted by iMerch Finder, receives basic self-service support, and claimed means only that the business controls its listing.
• Public Vetted Partner status requires electing and passing the separate independent review, a market-ready Enhanced Vetted Partner Profile, and active paid membership. It includes higher-touch partner support. Payment cannot buy or guarantee approval.
• Results are grouped into relevant Featured Vetted Partners, relevant Vetted Partners, then relevant Free Basic Listings under Additional distributors.
• Featured visibility is available only to a current Vetted Partner and is always labeled “Paid Advertisement.”
• Free Basic Listings receive no Vetted Partner badge or priority and cannot receive a controlled buyer introduction.

iMerch Finder is designed to help buyers discover and choose independent promotional-products distributors. A distributor controls its own proposals, pricing, representations, products, terms, fulfillment, and client relationships.

Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, iMerch Finder is not a party to a buyer’s proposal, order, payment, production, or service contract with a distributor. A listing, match, or vetted badge does not create employment, agency, a blanket endorsement, or a guarantee of performance or outcome.

Vetting records the scope and evidence reviewed at a point in time; it is not insurance, a warranty, or a promise that every claim or future order will be correct. Buyers should agree in writing with the distributor on specifications, artwork approvals, proofs, product safety, delivery dates, payment, cancellation, returns, and remedies. The distributor remains responsible for its customer purchase orders and applicable obligations. Priority placement is not a promise of a successful order or a certain number of leads.

This allocation concerns buyer-distributor purchase orders, not our own platform membership charges, promises, conduct, or duties. It does not shield a founder-affiliated distributor from responsibility for its own orders or remove rights that applicable law protects.

Anyone may report a concern without an account or fee through our Complaints and Appeals page. We give both sides an opportunity to respond and use human review of relevant evidence. A third final, substantiated, separate incident ends directory participation; duplicate reports about one underlying incident count once. Unproven allegations and overturned findings do not count.

A finding may be appealed within 15 calendar days of notice, with reasonable extensions where justified. An unconflicted reviewer who did not make the original decision reviews the appeal. A timely appeal prevents that finding from becoming a final strike while pending; justified safety or fraud precautions may remain in place. These internal deadlines do not shorten legal rights. The published policy explains response periods, evidence, removal, and corrections.

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when communicating with us.
• Do not interact with the website or app while driving or operating machinery. Pull over and park safely before browsing, messaging, or submitting a request; a hands-free device does not make distraction safe.
• Do not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent authority, submit false claims, or interfere with another user or profile.
• Do not scrape, harvest, copy, index, resell, or compile profiles, contacts, buyer details, or marketplace data for competitive, spam, or data-broker use.
• Do not probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or security controls.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code, unlawful material, confidential information without authority, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
• Do not use the website to send unsolicited marketing, discriminate unlawfully, retaliate, harass, or facilitate bribery, fraud, unsafe products, or prohibited conduct.

The iMerch Finder name, logo, website design, original copy, software, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable rights. Limited personal or internal business viewing does not transfer ownership.

If you email us or submit authorized application content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. Any application or future profile license is limited to operating, reviewing, presenting, and promoting the service as described at submission. Reference identities or responses will not be repurposed as public testimonials without separate permission.

Voluntary product feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, provided we continue to handle any personal information under the Privacy Notice.

The website may link to email, hosting, mapping, payment, association, distributor, supplier, social, or other third-party services. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement, and those services are responsible for their own content, availability, security, terms, and privacy practices.

When distributor checkout opens on the website, the planned Authorize.Net integration will use provider-hosted payment entry. Transaction and membership terms will be presented separately before any charge. Buyer browsing and matching do not include a platform payment checkout.

The website or an early-access feature may be changed, corrected, suspended, or discontinued without notice. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, systems, evidence, or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

We may update these terms as the operational service develops. The version and effective date will appear on this page. If a material change requires consent for a live account, membership, or recurring payment, it will be handled through the applicable acceptance flow.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the current website and demonstration content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the site is complete, fit for a particular purpose, or ready for a transaction. Do not rely on fictional sample profiles or metrics to make a purchasing or business decision.

We do not undertake to fulfill a distributor’s customer order or guarantee its quality, safety, delivery, refund, or dispute outcome. Our complaint process administers participation in the directory; it is not a court, arbitration service, insurance policy, or compensation fund. You may pursue available remedies directly with the distributor, payment provider, regulator, or court.

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for our own conduct where law imposes it. No blanket release, compulsory arbitration, or waiver of nonwaivable consumer rights is created by these terms. Separate feature or membership terms will be presented before the related live service is used, without silently changing past accepted terms.
