Privacy outline
This page documents the intended privacy approach so the product can be designed responsibly. It must be updated to match the live systems, vendors, jurisdictions, and operating practices before public launch.

The interactive forms in this private prototype demonstrate the experience only. They do not send or store buyer requests, applications, payment information, or uploaded documents. Direct email links open the visitor’s email service.
Information the live service may collect
Buyer contact details and project briefs; distributor account, business, profile, eligibility, verification, billing, and support information; communications and consent records; and basic security, device, and usage information needed to operate and improve the service.
How information would be used
To operate accounts and profiles, match buyers with eligible distributors, make consented introductions, review applications, process membership payments and renewals, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, measure marketplace health, and comply with applicable obligations.
Sharing and selling
A buyer brief should be shared only with the distributor recipients the buyer approves. Operational vendors may process information on the platform’s behalf under appropriate terms. The intended model does not sell personal information or use a hidden data-broker business model; the final notice must describe actual practices and any legally required choices.
Retention, security, and cross-border use
The live policy will state practical retention periods, safeguards, deletion processes, and where U.S. and Canadian data is processed. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
The live service will provide appropriate ways to access, correct, or request deletion of account information, manage marketing preferences, and exercise rights that apply in the user’s location.
