The agreement for applying and being reviewed.

The application is operated by ConceptPlus.com Inc. under the iMerch Finder brand. By submitting, you confirm that you are authorized to apply for the named business and agree to these Application Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice, without agreeing to unrelated marketing or list resale. This application requests independent approval; it does not itself create or claim a basic listing, a paid membership, partnership, agency, employment relationship, certification, or guarantee of approval.

• Provide complete, current, and supportable information about the applicant and business.
• Use a work email and a company website or domain that iMerch Finder can verify.
• Describe specialties, capabilities, experience, service areas, credentials, and insurance accurately without exaggeration.
• Disclose relevant ownership, personal, employment, financial, ConceptPlus, Promostuff 4 You, or operator relationships that could affect an independent review.
• Promptly correct a material error or change discovered after submission.

We may confirm applicant identity and email control manually before beginning the substantive review. False information, impersonation, undisclosed conflicts, or fabricated evidence may result in decline, suspension of review, or later removal.

Every application must include exactly three qualifying customer references and two qualifying supplier references from five different organizations. You confirm that each contact gave permission for you to share their business contact details and understands that iMerch Finder may contact them privately about the application.

You must also provide a candid account of a real project that did not go as planned, including what happened, how you communicated, how you responded, the outcome, and what changed afterward. We ask for service-recovery evidence—not a deliberately negative reference. An unavailable, conflicted, or unqualified reference may need to be replaced with another reference of the same type.

iMerch Finder may verify business information, contact references, review evidence, request clarification, document concerns, and make a human approval, decline, or withdrawal decision under the published review process. Submission does not promise a response time or approval. We may decline an application that does not meet the current eligibility, evidence, integrity, safety, conflict, or reliability standard.

Internal approval means the documented review was completed and no disqualifying unresolved concern was identified at that time. It is not a certification, warranty, endorsement, or promise of future performance, project results, leads, sales, ranking, or revenue.

A distributor remains responsible for its own customer purchase orders, products, delivery promises, and remedies. Approval does not transfer those obligations to iMerch Finder or excuse our own conduct or separate platform obligations. Participating distributors are subject to the published complaint and appeal process: human review, an opportunity for both sides to respond, an unconflicted appeal, and removal after a third final substantiated separate incident. Duplicate reports count once and overturned findings do not count. No nonwaivable legal right is removed.

Application, D&B or other legal-identity records, reference, recovery, reviewer, and decision records are handled under the Privacy Notice. They are not public profile content. Reference identities or responses are not published as testimonials without separate permission. Information may be shared with hosting, database, email, security, identity, or other approved service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the process.

Do not submit unlawful, malicious, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or unauthorized content; scrape restricted information; or attempt to influence a reference improperly.

No application fee or card information is requested. If approved, the applicant reviews the proposed Enhanced Vetted Partner Profile. Only after independent approval and profile readiness may paid membership activate the public Vetted Partner badge and priority. An applicant who passes review but has not yet activated membership remains publicly an expressly unvetted Free Basic Listing with no approval benefit. Payment cannot buy or guarantee approval. Featured visibility is available only to a current Vetted Partner and carries the exact “Paid Advertisement” disclosure.

We may contact the applicant or references by the business email or phone details provided for review-related communications. Automated confirmation email is not yet connected, so the on-screen application reference number is the submission receipt. An applicant may request a correction or withdrawal by emailing hello@imerchfinder.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, audit, disputes, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
