Private business profile policies
These policies explain saving your own private business profile with iMerch Finder. You can read them without signing in. Reading this page does not create an account, accept any policy or grant access.
Private profile terms
Terms version: 2026-09-08+own-profile-2026-09-30-v1
These terms supplement the Website and App Terms of Use. You must be authorized to represent the business and provide accurate information you have permission to use. Do not enter passwords, confidential client information or other sensitive information in business-description fields.
Saving and editing your own private profile is free. Email verification and account setup do not confer Vetted status, create a paid membership, publish a listing or guarantee leads. No card or automatic paid conversion is part of profile setup.
Your own-profile access does not give access to the invited group's private discovery, sharing or introductions. Saving a profile is not permission to share it. Any public listing request requires a separate explicit request and review; any private sharing requires separate eligibility and consent.
Account access and availability are limited. A verified email does not guarantee that profile setup is available. If setup cannot be completed, no broader account permission is granted. Keep your own copy of business information you need.
Use complaints and appeals to report inaccurate information or seek review of an access or listing decision.
Private profile privacy
Privacy version: 2026-09-08+own-profile-2026-09-30-v1
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy. We use your verified email identity and a stable account identifier to connect your sign-in to your saved profile. Firebase Authentication handles email-and-password authentication; iMerch Finder does not store your password in the profile database.
Your saved business name, website, description, location, service area, specialties, capabilities, project sizes and availability are held as your private draft. The website editor also supports contact name, contact email and phone. The native business editor does not request those contact fields and does not overwrite contacts already saved through the website.
We store the profile version, save time, acknowledged policy versions and acceptance time to support reliable saving and policy records. Profile and account records are processed through our hosting and storage providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, and authorized operators may access records for support, security and operation. Your private draft is not automatically available to other members or public directory visitors.
The website uses account-session cookies. The native app sends an authentication token to the account service for authorized requests; it does not put that token, your password or your draft into policy links. Opening a policy from native profile setup clears the unsaved setup draft and acknowledgements. Sign-out or clearing unsaved details does not delete a saved server profile.
Use account deletion information for the currently available deletion or help options. An unconfirmed request is not proof of deletion. Contact hello@imerchfinder.com about account data, correction or privacy questions; do not email passwords or verification codes.
